Jeffrey B. Larson, President and Founder of JBL Companies, has 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He began his career in 1980 with St. Paul-based Lowry Development Company where he worked on the team that renovated the Lowry Medical Arts Building into the Lowry Professional Building and also converted the Field Schlick Building into Carriage Hills Plaza.
Jeffrey opened the doors of JBL Companies in 1990 to provide real estate services personally tailored to each individual client’s needs and objectives. Today, this full service real estate firm provides Property Management, Special Assets, Brokerage, Maintenance, and Hospitality services. Over the past 20 years, JBL Companies has been involved with more than $900 million in sales and leasing transactions and one million square feet in development projects. Today the firm manages a portfolio of over 2 million square feet of property.
Jeffrey L. Knutson
Mr. Knutson brings a great deal of practical, technical and operational expertise to JBL Companies and the Special Assets Division. Jeff has over 27 years of experience as a lawyer in corporate and governmental affairs, and as a businessperson in domestic and international real estate development, and corporate management. His experience includes the highly successful development and operation of several recognizable projects in the Twin Cities metro area, including nationally recognized premier golf clubs. Jeff’s strategic and creative approach to problem solving and “hands-on” initiative in receivership cases makes his skills invaluable in our pursuit of positive results in dealing with special assets. Mr. Knutson has been with JBL Companies for over 6 years.
Danielle oversees the Human Resources, Accounts Payable, and Administrative Services Departments at JBL Companies. She assists with Property Management duties, is a licensed Sales Agent and assists with the Maintenance Division. Danielle has been with JBL Companies for over 18 years.
Leasa is an Administrative Assistant at JBL Companies. She directs your phone calls to the appropriate person and helps in day to day operations of Property Management, Leasing, Marketing and Tenant Relations. Leasa has been with the company for over 6 years.
